At the time of registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be submitted to the front desk of administrative section.

Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with

1. Latest colored passport size three copies of the same photograph of the student.
2. Photocopy of Birth certificate (attested)
3. Photocopy of Leaving Certificate (L.C.) (attested)
4. Photocopy of Income Certificate (attested) (If applicable)
5. Photocopy of Cast Certificate (attested-Applied only for SC & ST Students) (If applicable)
6. Photocopy of Non-Creamy layer Certificate (attested-Applied only for SEBC/OBC Students) (If applicable)
7. Photocopy of Trial Certificate (attested) (If applicable)
8. Migration Certificate (attested) (If applicable)
9. Photocopy of the result (Mark sheet) of all previous classes (attested)
10. Address Proof:-Photocopy of Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driving license/Electricity Bill/Ration Card (attested)

Note :The Candidate shall present all documents as required for the course, by laws, regulations, orders, etc. Incomplete or illegible registration forms, without photos will not be accepted. Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.
