To create an environment of 'home away from home', Lokniketan has taken initiatives to design and plan the rooms of the hostels in the most comfortable manner.  In Lokniketan hostels, we ensure that students feel at home, with the best amenities and comfort so that they can put their hundred percent into their curricular and extracurricular engagements. Rooms are spacious and due care has been taken of the Acoustics to avoid any noise disturbance from the road and nearby areas. 

 

The campus consists of Several well built hostel blocks, both for girls and boys with capacity of 600 students. Each hostel consists of a separate mess, administrative office, warden quarter. In addition to well furnished rooms, the hostel is complete with facilities like free hi speed Wi-Fi connection, gymnasium, medical center and other amenities for shopping, sports, recreation and entertainment. A shopping complex, consisting of about 2 shops, is constructed in the vicinity of the hostel blocks and caters to the daily needs of the students like groceries, stationery, laundry and grooming.

 

The hostel rooms are spacious with natural light and ventilation. Each room has an attached toilet and bathroom.

 

Each student is provided with a study table and chair.

 

Each hostel has 24 hour electricity and water supply, Nutritious Food, Common Telephone, and common TV room.

 

All students are encouraged to use the Gymnasium to maintain best of their health. A broad range of different types of exercise equipment are available, includes free weights such as dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, Resistance bands, Weight machines, Treadmill, Elliptical, Cycle etc.

 

Being healthy requires proper functioning of body and mind simultaneously. For students, it is imperative that they remain physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. Keeping this in mind, Lokniketan has taken various initiatives. Students of Lokniketan have access to medical facilities within the campus.

        Discipline is necessary to maintain the safety and security of our students.

        Security check at the main gate of each Hostel.

        Individual security guard at each hostel building.

        Lady Warden at girl’s hostels.
