Lokniketan has an independent placement cell to facilitate campus placements and jobs for the students. The placement cell also imparts training in soft-skills, importance of positive attitude, personality development, written and, oral skills, and about overall employment trends in both public and corporate sectors.

Placement Support

• The Institute believes in constant interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, and Corporate Meets etc.
• Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
• Developing database of students and presenting their curriculum to various industries.
• Dedicated faculty support to provide management consultancy for students live projects.
• Lokniketan organizes Inter-Cultural exchange with other institutions and industries.

Placement Policy

• The first step towards placement is to invite all the companies through letters and emails by providing them with details of the various program run in the institution, and fixing dates for campus recruitments
• We visit, send students as well as their resumes to HR Departments of various companies. The resumes/data of the students are also mailed to outstation organizations for recruitment purposes.
• We contact our alumni, who are working in different organizations/self employed/entrepreneur to contact their HR department for placement of fellow students.
• We contact various companies directly through HR firms, placement agencies and job websites for placements.
• The students also get placed via personal contacts.

Placement Process

• Invitations along with request for Campus Recruitment are sent to recruiters.
• After receiving correspondence from the company, the Placement dates are finalized in consultation with the company. The relevant information is then passed onto the students.
• Representatives from the company conduct Pre-placement discussions.
• The Institute Placement Department releases the placement schedule for the companies.
• Interested Students register with the Placement department.
• After the completion of selection procedure on campus, company is required to announce the final lists of the students that day itself.
• If a student is selected a job is register against him\her and he\ she would not be allowed to appear for more interviews as per placement policy.
